Storyline
This storybook for kids features Pip Raindrip. Subsequently it takes the child on a visual journey of discovery. It teaches them about the weather cycle, how milk is made and its benefits, cleaning their teeth and the rewards gained through unselfish acts.
They are prompted to follow and interact with the story showing they understand what is going on. For example, they are asked to count animals and objects, as well as being asked questions where Pip is. Each time Pip is ‘transformed’ she says, ‘Here I go again’ which holds the child’s attention, imagination and inquisitiveness as to what is going to happen to Pip next.
Pip is a lot smaller than the other raindrops who tend to pick on her. However, even though she is small, she does amazing things which alters lives for the better. A little kindness goes a long way. Therefore, being small doesn’t mean you have less power if you are brave, prepared to take risks and have belief in yourself. As a result of her unselfish acts, she makes lots of friends and earns the admiration and respect from her peers.
